ABOUT US

Digital Women is an Iowa State University student organization dedicated to encouraging, supporting, and retaining women in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and MIS.
We want to help you succeed by providing opportunities for networking, career development, and much-needed fun with other like-minded women in technical majors.
Digital Women meets every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Coover 3043.
Joining Digital Women is easy! All you need to do is sign up on the Student Organizations website and start attending meetings!

Do I have to attend every meeting?

Nope! Don't worry about missing meetings, we look forward to you joining us no matter how many meetings you are able to attend. You are always welcome at Digital Women!

Do I have to be in CS/CPRE/EE/SE/MIS to join?

Nope! While we highly encourage you to be in one of our focus majors, a love for technology is all that's required to join! :)

Mansi is a senior majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. In her free time Mansi enjoys painting, sports and spending time with friends. She has been involved in Digital Women since her Freshman year and loves it for all the great opportunities it has provided her to connect with other women in tech.

Megan is a Senior studying Software Engineering. In her free time she enjoys baking, running, making friendship bracelets, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to connect with more women in tech through Digital Women.

She joined Digital Women because she wanted to be part of a strong community of women who support and encourage each other. Digital Women has helped her build a network of women in tech who encourage learning and growing together.
